Foxmarks

Foxmarks is a Firefox extension that allows you to synchronize your Firefox bookmarks to another computer. If you are able to run Firefox at work and want an easy way to keep your bookmarks in order then this is for you. Foxmarks requires you have an account to use it. The account is free and allows you to use it virtually anywhere you have Firefox and Foxmarks running.

The Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer automatically synchronizes your bookmarks between two or more computers running Firefox. It also lets you access your bookmarks from any computer anytime via my.foxmarks.com.

Mooninites Cartoon Network

Turner Broadcasting System appologized for a recent bomb scared caused by ignorance IMHO and stated that they responded quickly to resolve the matter. Several LED mooninites giving the finger were displayed in various cities throughout the country. Some were even said to be found under the Brooklyn Bridge in NYC. The Boston bomb squad even went so far as to diffuse (Blow Up) one of these objects in fear of what it might be.

What is my take on all this?
Well, if the Boston bomb squad can not tell the difference between a “Real Bomb” and a bunch of LED’s on a PCB with a power supply and some resistors from a “Real Bomb” then they really should go back to helping old ladies accross the street plain and simple. The fact of the matter is people, this is the real world. We used to see things just like this and we would just laugh and not think twice about it. Now we have to go and call swat and make sure we are not in some kind of risk of attack. I guess the moral of this story is “If you dont understand it, just blow it up”
