Nozbe is a system that was designed on the principals and teachings of David Allen’s mind like water approach to getting things done. You can create projects, next actions for projects, and even categorize them based on the type of action required to complete specific steps in your project.

I will be the first to admit that I have applied the GTD system to my own life and work flow and am impressed by the simplicity and effectiveness of it all. Nozbe has three videos on YouTube.com to help get you started and you can get a free account at Nozbe.com. The free account limits you to five projects and the design leaves something to be desired but don’t be fooled by the design it is a great tool.

  1. Thanks for your blog post!

I guess you’ll be thrilled to know that Nozbe just got better:

    - you can add contexts, re-arrange them and even assign cool icons to them

    - you can share projects with other folks and share GTD with them

    Keep up the great work!
